Mark did a top job dealing with a wasp hive in the cavity of my house. Rang Saturday early evening, arrived 10.15am Sunday. Did his thing,professional with a sense of humour too.Wasps eradicated within an hour or two.Definately recommend

Highly recommend. I contacted James at Eraserpest late on Friday evening and within 30 mins we had arranged a booking for the following morning to remove a wasp nest. Prompt, efficient, professional, helpful service that enabled me to enjoy the garden again almost immediately.

I had found a wasps nest in under my suspended floor. The wasps were gaining entry via an airbrick vent. Eraserpest Pest Control professionally applied an insect repellant through the air brick which had killed off the all wasps by the same evening.
I was most impressed with the prompt timing, they arrived when they said they would and an invoice system so you don't have to pay there and then. The best bit there are no more wasps.

I had a mouse infestation in my loft. James came out and sorted the issue I am now clear of. The issue for me had three visits. He was very polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone if you have an issue. He knows exactly what he's talking about. I'm very respectful as well

Knowing you have bed bugs in your home is a stressful and unsettling feeling and I straight away took action - jumping on to google and doing what I could myself. Great first step but you can’t underestimate these little intelligent bugs. So I contact Eraserpest and had a great chat with James. He was fab on the phone with explaining what happens and was happy to answer my endless questions. So I booked them in and Mark came to do the job. Again great guy who answered all the questions I had and got on with the job in hand.
They treat the bugs with both steam (bed bugs die with high heat contact) and also a chemical. So double trouble for the little bitters.
Although it is only 2 days after the first treatment I am hopeful as we only had a very small gathering of them.
Would highly recommend Eraserpest for any pest control situation you may have. Professional, clean, good communication and friendly.
